What are your shipping options?

Rates for shipping within the USA are calculated based on the weight of your package, your location and the speed of delivery. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart as you place your order. We’re continually trying to find ways of decreasing the cost of shipping and handling so we can pass these savings on to our customers.

  • FEDEX Express Saver takes 3 business days to arrive once it has been shipped.
  • FedEx 2nd Day (where available) will arrive on the 2nd business day (not counting Saturdays & Sundays) respectively, FROM THE DATE SHIPPED.
  • USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days from day shipped based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express is Guaranteed Overnight Delivery from day it was shipped.
What is your return policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with any purchase, we will exchange it or refund your money within 14 days of receipt by you.  Unfortunately, orders older than 14 days cannot be returned or exchanged. All items must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.  We will refund you the price of the unused product(s) upon receiving the item(s). Please email us at support@hautemoms.com with your Order# before returning any items. Items must be received in a resalable condition. SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM YOU WILL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED SHIPPING UNLESS YOU RETURN AN ITEM THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED.

Candle Care Instructions

When you first light your candle, let it burn until the wax melt reaches the edges of the container 1.5hrs – 2.5 hours.  This will allow for the memory of the wax to be established and in turn will allow it to burn evenly all the way down. This will prevent tunneling of the candle. Make sure to keep it away from a draft or wind to ensure an even burn. For the wood wick, simply pinch off any split portion of the wood wick gently between two fingers before being re-lit.

What type of wax do you use?

The wax used  is a unique blend of Dermatology Tested Soy Wax and an All Natural Coconut Wax. This unique blend provides for a cleaner burning candle, they are better for you and for the environment.  The candles burn slower and cooler giving them a longer life-span. Soy wax and Coconut was are naturally biodegradable, it makes it easier to remove from the candle container after burning, easier to clean up if spilled on other surfaces, and comes out of clothing in the wash.

Do you use any synthetic fragrances in your candles?

No, all candles are made using high grade, Vegan Certified and Kosher Certified Pure Essential Oils.  Which are carefully blended to provide unique scents that are believed to have healing properties for mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Do you use Dyes in your candles?

No, you may see some of the candles with a different color that is due to the natural state of the blends of the essential oils.  For example, the Motivated candle is an light emerald green-that is due primarily to the Geranium Absolute.  Therefore, the colors of the candles may vary slightly due to the blend of the oils used.

What type of wick do you use?

We use wooden wick which provides a clean burn from beginning to end. Patented composition made from natural, responsibly harvested soft wood. Includes stainless steel wick tabs. Made in the USA

Where are your candles made?

Our candles are made in Philadelphia, PA.  All candles are made in small batches and are hand-poured to ensure quality control.
